12. What have you done to promote yourself as an artist?
I've tried loads of stuff to promote myself - from phoning to speak to artists and gallery owners, to joining on-line art sites, to setting up my own web-site (www.artbyails.co.uk). I plan to go to paintings on the railings at the botanic gardens in Glasgow in June. I'm currently working like mad to get more paintings finished, and have had business cards printed and Title cards organised. My big hurdle is affording framing costs.
